Data Processing Addendum
This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") governs the processing of personal data pursuant to the Terms and Conditions between the parties.
1.DATA PROTECTION.
1.1 The parties acknowledge that the processing of personal data under this Agreement is subject to applicable data protection laws.
1.2 Each party shall comply with its obligations under applicable data protection laws in relation to the processing of personal data.
