You can now manage access roles from the admin section of your account in Ashby. Historically, you needed to contact support to request a change to default access roles or create custom roles.

Now, you can manage this entirely yourself and have a complete reference of all the roles you have set up.

Having this visual reference and documentation is critical as your access roles evolve over time. You can modify the default roles that are provided by Ashby by clicking into any of the roles from the table.

We’ll also keep a history log of any edits made to your roles.

When you have entirely new access roles you need to create you can do so from this page as well.
